Deposits
We can hold a reservation for you with a 20% deposit fee.The remaning balance is due 30 days prior to arrival date. For reservations during the peak holiday periods (Christmas & New Years), we require a 50% deposit. Deposit may be made via PayPal or Interac.
Cancellation Policy
We require clients to guarantee a reservation with a deposit equal to 20% of the total cost of the reservation. Reservations for peak holiday times require a 50% deposit. Reservations for 4 also require a 50% deposit.
Cancellation of a reservation more than 30 days in advance will result in a cancellation of the reservation and a total refund of any deposit received, less a $50 administration fee.
Cancellation of a reservation less than 30 days, room charges will be assessed the value of the 20% deposit fee.
Failure to contact us for cancellation (i.e., a "no-show") will result in full room charges for the first night and 50% charges for the remainder of the reservation.
If you book for an extended period and then reduce the length of your stay, the rate for your stay will be billed at the rate applicable for your actual length of stay. *Restrictions Apply
